tryGEOrank provides an AI visibility monitoring platform that tracks and analyzes how brands appear in AI-powered search results across platforms including ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Grok. The Service includes visibility tracking, competitor analysis, and optimization recommendations.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
Restricting access to your computer or account
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on the rights of others
Transmit harmful code or interfere with the Service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems

5. Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions:

Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
Prices may change with 30 days' notice
Free trial users will not be charged until the trial period ends

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of tryGEOrank. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. AI VISIBILITY DATA IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES AND MAY NOT BE 100% ACCURATE.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TRYGEORANK, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless tryGEOrank and its licensors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
